BORN in Atlanta, GA, Chelle (pronounced Shell) Ramsey is a professional ghostwriter and the author of several women's fiction and contemporary romance books. She features other authors here on her blog, The Beautifully Inspired Blog, and is also a contributing writer at LiyahAmore Publishing.
